HOW WE WORK

If you need help and guidance in your business, arrange an introductory meeting with GTJD were we can evaluate your situation quickly and concisely and provide the initial findings before designing a structure to tackle the issues at hand.

We work on an as-needed basis, starting with initial meeting and discussions, beginning with short-term contracts billed by the hour, working along with your needs and wants to perform small tweaks and enhancements, leading up to longer more comprehensive overhauls as needed.

Depending on the request and the best interests of your company, we can cause minimal disruption to the workplace and base your dedicated GTJD resources outside your premises, or we can work directly onsite with your employees.

We employ a tailor made team who are experts in their fields. These range from content writers, project managers to Bookkeeping Support and Financial analysts. We also hire contractors and freelancers specializing in any specific need your business might have. (Some of which might continue permanently with you should that work out)

GTJD also offer assistance with recruiting in order to find the ideal candidates to help fill the roles that your company requires in order to achieve their goals. We can also help build and organize teams and define roles in order to streamline processes in the most efficient way for the benefit of the business.

Working with outside consultants usually presents an unbridgeable dilemma: the insiders have intimate knowledge of the company, its process and details of day to day work, as well as the ethics of ownership and care for the company.   • Rate Per Hour   $350.00

  • 10+ Recurring Hours Per Week [p/h]      $3000.00

  • Introductory 90-minute Consultation:      $400.00

  • Full Day Local [approx. 8 hours+]            $2,800.00

  • All work involving travel outside the NYC metro area [approx.100-mile radius] gets billed at a flat rate of 10 hours per day.        

  • Outbound travel starting after 6PM on a day before an engagement or inbound travel ending before 9am a day after an engagement  gets billed at a flat 2 hour rate
